SECURE IMPLEMENTATION

Companies undergoing major organisational restructuring are immediately confronted with the task of
securing the right strategic managerial competence in key positions - fast. 

Clearly, unless the managerial competence needed is present, successful implementation of the strategies and restructuring activities are not very likely.  

AUDIT COMPETENCE

Internal resources may accomplish the process of allocating managers to the positions in question if the audit competence is present. It may however be difficult to claim the neutrality and objectivity, which is requested, and indeed a success criteria for a harmonious well functioning organisation in the post audit phase.

An efficient management audit is therefore often best conducted by neutral assessment experts from outside the organisation free from historical considerations, bias, preferences, power bases, etc. The focus needs to be:
